EXCELLENT Based on 4 reviews Lisa B.Verified Great resource! This book is wonderful! Such an easy and quick resource to use, I will definitely be referencing it for any ailment I come across! Tristan MVerified Great nutrition resource! It was great to use this book hand in hand with medical advice. I felt like I was trying to cure my diagnosis from all angles !!! Simple explanations and a great reference Julien DVerified A good reference to get back on track A thorough and informative book on how to address health issues with foods instead of resorting to pills or supplements (which do have their place, but they can’t replace a diet that fits the individual’s specific needs). The question is, what diet fits my needs? Like a car’s indicator signals, noticeable health issues are a sign of an underlying problem, and pills are ultimately band-aids, like mcgyvering temporary relief only to have a serious problem later on down the road if it remains ignored. The right diet with simple foods that can be found just about anywhere is hugely underestimated in a world where everyone is conditioned to have faith in a magical pill. This book can literally save lives as most doctors or schools do not even touch on diet, leaving everyone to resort to practicality and pay for it in medical bills or succumb to an early demise. Tammy TVerified So Awesome! Book is awesome! I have been waiting for this, and am already following it. I really like the specific foods it details for my 3 diseases listed. I was especially surprised at 2 things: Strawberries are my best food, and tomatoes (in my case) are not good! I like that the book does not require any long reading, set up in a lot of data tables and chapters. :-)
